Jodhpur-

hills.
Udaipur-
this romantic city of Rajasthan is known for its fairytale
palaces and gripping legends. The beautiful Lake Palace
is sorrounded by Lake Pichola, City Palace
and Sahelion Ki Bari "Garden of Maids of Honour"
are worthy features for any Itinerary.
Jaisalmer-
the Desert fortress is straight out of the
"Tales of the Arabian Nights", The wide unspoilt
Desert City is also called the Golden
City.
The fort of Jaisalmer is seven storeyed with
five main palaces. One third of the city's population lives
within the fort.
Shekhawati-
erstwhile trading centre, famous for its unusual frescos.
Mandawa, Mukundgarh, Nawalgarh and Dundlod
palaces are called open air galleries of Rajasthan.
Ajmer -
is the holiest Muslim city in India. The shrine of one of
their renowned saints is enshrined here.
Pushkar-
is the holiest and oldest of Hindu pilgrimages. Brahma Temple,
the only one in India is located here.
Chittaurgarh-
the Chittor Fort is the most illustrious
in Rajasthan. It houses the Padmini Palace
where Queen Padmini, committed mass immolation
to escape dishonour at the hands of the invading soldiers.
Mount Abu-
is the only hill-station in Rajasthan, with the breathtaking
Dilwara Temples.
The
Camel Fair of Pushkar (Oct-Nov), Nagaur Fair (Feburary) and
Teej (August) is the best time to witness colour , life style
and costumes.
Sariska
Sanctuary, Keoladeo Ghana National Park, Baratpur are the
important wild life natural habitats of Rajasthan.
